UN CIRCUIT À LA DÉCOUVERTE DE L’EAU - 2022
TERRITOIRE AMOS-HARRICANA & PIKOGAN
La Ville d’Amos et la communauté de Pikogan ont fait appel à Moment Factory pour créer un produit d’appel touristique dans le cadre d’Anisipi («eau pure» en anicinape). Fruit d’une étroite collaboration entre les communautés allochtones et la communauté Pikogan, quatre expériences immersives invitent à la (re)découverte de la région en célébrant la ressource hydrique et la culture anicinape.
À travers le circuit, le multimédia, appuyé par des panneaux informatifs, propose autant des opportunités d’immersion que de sensibilisation. À Pikogan, sous un grand tipi tout en haut de la colline, les Anicinapeks partagent leurs récits à travers des projections et une approche documentaire. Au puits municipal, le son, la lumière et la projection s’allient pour diriger le regard sur le parcours de la rivière souterraine. Au Refuge Pageau, une expérience interactive invite à une réflexion sur l’interrelation entre les écosystèmes. Et à la plage, dans un spectacle inédit le soir venu, une œuvre numérique rendant hommage à l’héritage des glaciers prend vie sur l’eau grâce à un écran à DEL flottant.
Porteur d’un récit fondamental, ce vaste projet collaboratif redynamise une région rurale iconique grâce à des expériences distinctes mais complémentaires dans leur objectif : divertir et éveiller les visiteurs d’ici et d’ailleurs à la richesse locale.

A WATER-DISCOVERY ROUTE -- 2022
AMOS-HARRICANA TERRITORY & PIKOGAN
Moment Factory has created four immersive experiences that celebrate water and Anicinape culture in the Amos-Harricana territory. The town of Amos and the community of Pikogan called on Moment Factory to create a tourist attraction for Anisipi (the Anicinape word for “pure water”). Close collaboration between non-indigenous communities and the community of Pikogan has led to four immersive experiences that provide an opportunity to (re)discover the region by celebrating its aquatic resources as well as Anicinape culture. Throughout the route, the use of multimedia, along with info-panels, delivers opportunities both for immersion and raising awareness.
At Pikogan, under a large tee-pee at the top of the hill, the Anicinapek share their stories through video projections and a documentary-like presentation. At the municipal well, sound, light, and projections come together to direct your gaze along the course of the underground river. At the Refuge Pageau, an interactive experience prompts you to reflect on the interplay of ecosystems. And at the beach, in a unique show come evening, a digital art piece that pays tribute to the legacy of glaciers comes to life on the water thanks to a floating LED screen.
As the bearer of a foundational story, this vast collaborative project is revitalizing an emblematic rural locality through distinct but complementary experiences that entertain visitors from near and far and alert them to the region’s rich heritage.

Mission -- I was responsible for crafting the light show for 'La Salle des Machines' and adding some extra light effects to 'Le Puit.' I also pitched in on the animation research for 'La Plage.'
